Description/Videos
The Dignity Lifts Commercial Toilet Lift CL1 is specifically designed for professional care environments such as assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, surgery centers, and skilled nursing facilities. Built to meet the unique lifting and mobility needs of patients in these settings, the CL1 allows caregivers to easily move the portable lift into a resident’s room and enable patients to use the toilet independently. It also supports CNAs and nurses who may be on lift restrictions, allowing them to assist with toileting safely and efficiently. Facilities that implement the CL1 often experience fewer calls for assistance, improved staff safety, and greater resident satisfaction.
While designed for commercial use, the CL1 is also suitable for home settings, particularly for those with larger bathrooms. Its higher weight capacity and roll-in design make it a versatile option for individuals who need a durable and mobile lift solution. Additionally, the CL1 includes a commode rack and bucket, allowing it to function as a bedside commode when needed, offering flexibility and convenience in both professional and residential care environments. For home use, the Deluxe Toilet Lift DL2 is typically the better option, as it is specifically designed to fit the tighter spaces and varied toilet heights found in most residential bathrooms.

Our White Glove Delivery Service provides complete delivery, setup, and installation of your lift in 47 states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and North Dakota). With this service, Dignity Lifts coordinates with a local certified technician in your area—experienced in installing and servicing medical equipment such as wheelchairs, lifts, and ramps. Your lift is shipped directly to them, and they will contact you to schedule an appointment for in-home delivery and full installation in your bathroom.
Once the White Glove Delivery is complete, your Dignity Lift will be fully assembled, tested, and ready for long-term use. The entire process typically takes 1–2 weeks from the time you place your order, with most of the wait time spent coordinating schedules. The result is a seamless, professional installation that ensures your lift operates perfectly.
Many customers choose White Glove Delivery when they are unable to bend or move comfortably enough to install the lift themselves, or when they prefer a professional to handle bathroom installation. This service is ideal for individuals with limited mobility or for families who may not be available to assist. It provides peace of mind, convenience, and the independence you deserve.
Please note the following guidelines:
- White Glove Delivery is available in 47 U.S. states (HI, AK, and ND are not eligible).
- Nearly all addresses within those states can be serviced, but extremely rural areas may not have a registered technician available. If service cannot be arranged, Dignity Lifts will issue a full refund.
- Your bathroom and toilet must be clean and sanitary before installation. Technicians are professionals and cannot perform work in soiled environments; unclean conditions may cause delays or additional fees.
- To ensure smooth scheduling, please add “White Glove Delivery” to your shopping cart when purchasing your lift. Ordering both together helps us coordinate your service efficiently.
White Glove Delivery gives you a worry-free, first-class installation experience, ensuring your Dignity Lift is ready to use safely and comfortably from day one.
Warranty
The Dignity Lifts Warranty covers 3 years of parts and 90 days of parts and service. Details of the warranty are as follows.
During the first 90 days of your ownership, Dignity Lifts will work with you and if necessary and possible a local appliance repair person to keep your Dignity Lift working properly. This warranty does not include installation of your lift, it covers only the lift itself and its operation.

Dignity Lifts can typically be serviced by an appliance repair technician. We can help see if there is one that services your area (rural customers might not qualify for this). We will send instructions and replacement parts to you or the technician.
After 90 days and within 3 years of your purchase we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
