The ActiveCare Rotating Lift Assist Bed allows users to easily control the advanced pivoting function of MedMizer’s Pivot Bed with the touch of a button. Integrated directly into the pendant controls, the Auto-Pivot feature assists with standing, sitting upright, and transferring in and out of bed. This innovative design enables the bed to transition smoothly into a seated position, letting users place their feet directly on the floor and safely enter or exit the bed without needing to shift, scoot, or swing their legs over the side.
The Auto-Pivot bed includes adjustable height controls on the pendant, and its frame can be raised or lowered to meet individual needs. Equipped with 3" rolling caster wheels, the bed is also easily transportable when necessary. For even greater versatility, an optional Trendelenburg remote upgrade allows the bed to achieve both Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning.
What sets the ActiveCare Auto-Pivot bed apart is its unique foot section design. The foot section can be quickly disconnected and pushed away from the sleeping surface, creating a true chair-like sitting area. This innovative feature clears the user’s path, making transfers, care routines, and therapy sessions significantly easier and safer. Additionally, the bed’s back section can be raised to achieve a High Fowler position, nearly 90 degrees, providing essential support for users who need to sit fully upright.
The ActiveCare Auto-Pivot bed comes standard with a 36" width but is also available in a wider 42" option for added comfort. All positioning and pivot functions are easily managed with the included hand pendant.
