Description/Videos
Imagine a toilet lift that not only helps you sit and stand—but also handles your cleansing needs. That’s exactly what the Dignity Lifts WL2 Bidet Toilet Lift delivers. With a built-in bidet and dryer, it gently washes and dries you before lifting you upright.
If rising from a low seat, bending, twisting, or wiping have become hard, the WL2 is made for you. It automates those motions—ideal for people who no longer have full independence in bathroom tasks. The WL2 supports you with dignity, cleanliness, and safety.
Beyond helping with hygiene and mobility, the WL2 protects against falls and avoids awkward or distressing situations. Whether you live in your own home or in independent-living housing, this lift gives you more autonomy. It may prevent the need to move into assisted living simply because of toileting challenges.
Even with all its features, the WL2 maintains an elegant look that blends into your bathroom décor. It also incorporates premium touches to make the toileting experience more comfortable and enjoyable.

White Glove Delivery Service
Would you like your Dignity Lift professionally delivered and installed? Our White Glove Delivery Service provides complete delivery, setup, and installation of your lift in 47 states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and North Dakota). With this service, Dignity Lifts coordinates with a local certified technician in your area—experienced in installing and servicing medical equipment such as wheelchairs, lifts, and ramps. Your lift is shipped directly to them, and they will contact you to schedule an appointment for in-home delivery and full installation in your bathroom.
Once the White Glove Delivery is complete, your Dignity Lift will be fully assembled, tested, and ready for long-term use. The entire process typically takes 1–2 weeks from the time you place your order, with most of the wait time spent coordinating schedules. The result is a seamless, professional installation that ensures your lift operates perfectly.
Many customers choose White Glove Delivery when they are unable to bend or move comfortably enough to install the lift themselves, or when they prefer a professional to handle bathroom installation. This service is ideal for individuals with limited mobility or for families who may not be available to assist. It provides peace of mind, convenience, and the independence you deserve.
Please note the following guidelines:
- White Glove Delivery is available in 47 U.S. states (HI, AK, and ND are not eligible).
- Nearly all addresses within those states can be serviced, but extremely rural areas may not have a registered technician available. If service cannot be arranged, Dignity Lifts will issue a full refund.
- Your bathroom and toilet must be clean and sanitary before installation. Technicians are professionals and cannot perform work in soiled environments; unclean conditions may cause delays or additional fees.
- To ensure smooth scheduling, please add “White Glove Delivery” to your shopping cart when purchasing your lift. Ordering both together helps us coordinate your service efficiently.
White Glove Delivery gives you a worry-free, first-class installation experience, ensuring your Dignity Lift is ready to use safely and comfortably from day one.

Warranty
The Dignity Lifts Warranty covers 3 years of parts and 90 days of parts and service. Details of the warranty are as follows.
During the first 90 days of your ownership, Dignity Lifts will work with you and if necessary and possible a local appliance repair person to keep your Dignity Lift working properly. This warranty does not include installation of your lift, it covers only the lift itself and its operation.
Your first point of contact for warranty repairs will be to call us or email us. Our team will handle your case. We will help diagnose the problem and fix it.
Dignity Lifts can typically be serviced by an appliance repair technician. We can help see if there is one that services your area (rural customers might not qualify for this). We will send instructions and replacement parts to you or the technician.
After 90 days and within 3 years of your purchase we will provide replacement parts free of charge. This does not include grips, remote controls, and toilet seats, but it does include the linkages, structure, actuators, rechargeable batteries, and electrical components of your lift. If you require warranty parts, please contact us via telephone or email.
