Lifetime Warranty
Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and scissor mechanisms and lift frame, ensuring peace of mind for as long as the chair is in use by the original owner. This warranty covers defects in metal fatigue, welds, and bushings under normal use.
Note: Misuse and/or abuse are excluded. Pride reserves the right to replace only the specific defective part.
7-Year Pro-rated Limited Warranty
For the first four (4) years from the purchase date, Pride will repair or replace any of the chair’s major components found to be defective. Please note: use of non-original parts may void the warranty on electronic assemblies.
This product is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. This chair is very heavy and it is recommended for two person setup. Lift gate is highly recommended if not white glove, unless forklift or loading dock is also present. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

In-stock lift chairs are returnable. However, custom-built lift chairs, including but not limited to those with upgraded/custom fabrics, heat and massage, PowerPillow, footrest extension or left-hand control options are non-returnable.
